    Hi,

I’m still having the same problem,

What might be causing this problem is that I’ve just updated to OS X El Capitan so maybe some things have changed. I’ve looked in Macintosh HD / Systems / Library / Java / Extensions and the two files that need moving are there but they are unmovable or in-editable, I cant even add the “old” file to the Extension folder.

Anyone have the same problems or know how I could get around them i would greatly appreciate it.

    Thank you very much 🙂

Soooo… Ive just read that El Capitan has a new feature called “Rootless” and this stops anyone from editing anything in Systems, turning this off requires rebooting the system in recovery mode…. do it at our own risk.

Turning Rootless off allows you to follow instructions from stone67 but remember to turn Rootless back on after you’ve moved the files

I did it and now BoardCAD works

Can I just ask where you got “3dutils.jar” from? I can find only j3d-core
